Our Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
Our Gate hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday.
When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that fits your needs you can move in anytime.
How much notice do I need to give before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice prior to your paid thru date. Our manager will go over that process at the time of signing.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a Government issued ID (example: Drivers license, state id, or passport).
Do I need to sign a long‑term lease?
Leases are month to month.
When am I allowed to access my storage unit.
Gate hours are 7AM-6PM Monday thru Saturday, Sunday 9AM-5PM Extended hour are available upon request.
How can I make a payment?
You may sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. You can also pay in person, mail a check or money order.
What types of payments do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard , Checks, Money Orders or Cash.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our storage examples on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do l need an appointment?
Stop by anytime between our office hours for a tour.
Do l need to bring my own lock?
Yes bring your own lock at the time of move in; however we do have locks we recommend available for sale.
Items that you’re not allowed to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What are the hours of operation?
Office Hrs: Mon-Sat 8AM 5PM Closed Sunday & Holidays. Onsite resident managers available after hrs by appt. If it’s after hours or a holiday and it’s an emergency call and we will do what we can to get you a rental unit. Gate hrs: Mon‑Sat 7AM‑6PM. Sunday 9AM‑5PM 365 days a yr. Extended gate hrs available upon request.
